Seniors and Juniors: You can take college classes from UNK for a low rate of $85 per credit hour with all fees waved. This applies to distance learning courses as well as the on-campus courses. This program is called "The College Edge". Summer and fall classes can be viewed online at http://webeasi.unk.edu and choose UNK List of Classes Search.

Seniors can apply for a scholarship at Anycollege.com.

Seniors can enter a drawing for a $2500 scholarship at www.DiscoverColleges.com

Seniors that may be interested in attending a school outside of Nebraska in one of the following states; Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota and Wisconsin; should look into the Midwest Student Exchange Program. If Accepted into this program you can get reduced tuition rates. See me for information or go to http://msep.mhec.org

Students planning to attend a United State Military Academys; may come to me for more information or go to http://bennelson.senate.gov -- he has also provided links to the individual academies

Sallie Mae has a website with free scholarship searches -- www.CollegeAnswer.com

The Christian Connector provides a FREE Christian college information service as well as a $2,500 Christian college scholarship drawing. Students can log onto www.christianconnector.com to request information and automatically be entered in the scholarship drawing

Students planning to attend UNL can access the application for Greek fraternities or sororities through their "What About Me" (WAM) site after admissions to the University. WAM is online at http://wam.unl.edu

UNL will be hosting three Scholarship Workshops for Diversity Enhancement Scholarship applications on campus December 7 and January 11. Partiticipants will receive tips on writing esssays and write them and submit their aplications on site.
