This year's Medical Science Class has been able to work hands on in hospitals of the surrounding areas. The first week had the  students in Omaha at the Medical Center where they further studied anatomy by  performing experiments, focusing in on specific body systems, and taking a look  into surgery. The next week had them visiting surrounding hospitals where they got a look into what a typical day for a doctor is like. While there, they are a  doctor on full time duty, the only thing different is that they don't actually practice medicine on patients.
