School to Work covers three areas: school-based learning, work-based learning, and connecting activities. First, school-based learning is job skill instruction and career exploration. Second, work-based learning is the component through which job shadowing and work experience programs are implemented. Third, connecting activities coordinate the involvement of employers and school through a communication network.
