COUNTING CARS
The students will work in small groups or individually. Each student or group will be given a container of matchbox cars. The students will count the number of cars in the bucket. Each student will tell the number of cars and count them for the teacher.
SORTING CARS
Students will use a bucket of matchbox cars and sort them into groups. The sorted cars may then be placed in a graph format on the floor.
VEHICLE COLLAGE
The students will look through the magazine for pictures of cars and trucks. These pictures will be used to make a collage. The collage can be displayed in the classroom.
